Haycock Acres is a place for tiny homes located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains in Floyd County, VA. Just 5.8 miles from downtown Floyd, VA.

There are lots of adventures to be had in Floyd and neighboring communities that you can take part in. From kayaking, sport fishing, zip-lining, hiking, biking, canoeing, rock climbing, riding ATVs/UTVs and so much more.
You’re just a short drive from the Crooked Road Music Trail and the Blue Ridge Parkway, Floyd offers a large number of places to visit, The Floyd Country Store and Dogtown Roadhouse offer a variety of music and dancing as well as wonderful food. The Floyd Center for the Arts, the Floyd Farmers Market, the Old Church Gallery and the Floyd Historical Museum offer some local wares and culture. Visit Chateau Morrisette Winery and Villa Appalachia Winery for some delicious wines and so much more.
We are located about an hour from the Roanoke and Blacksburg areas, which offer even more experiences for you to try.

Directions:
From downtown Floyd:
- Head north from only stoplight, turn right on Barberry Rd SE (State Route 615), for 2.3 miles,
- Turn left on New Haven Rd SE (State Route 637), for 1.5 miles,
- Turn right on Shooting Creek Rd SE (State Route 860), for 1.6 miles,
- Turn right on Haycock Rd SE (State Route 635), for 0.2 miles,
- Destination will be on the right side of the road.
From Intersection of Brambleton Ave and Electric Road, Roanoke, VA:
- Head south on US 221-S (Brambleton Ave, name changes to Bent Mountain Road, then to Floyd Highway N once you cross into Floyd County), for 31.6 miles,
- Turn left onto Shooting Creek Rd SE (State Route 860), for 4.5 miles, (you will cross the Blue Ridge Parkway)
- Turn right onto Haycock Rd SE (State Route 635), for 0.2 miles,
- Destination will be on the right side of the road.
From Interstate 77:
- Take Exit 14, US 221 North/US 58 East toward Hillsville, VA, for 2.9 miles,
- Make a left onto US 221/Floyd Pike,
- Continue to downtown Floyd, VA, and go straight through the only stoplight,
- Turn right on Barberry Rd SE (State Route 615), for 2.3 miles,
- Turn left on New Haven Rd SE (State Route 637), for 1.5 miles,
- Turn right on Shooting Creek Rd SE (State Route 860), for 1.6 miles, (you will cross the Blue Ridge Parkway),
- Turn right on Haycock Rd SE (State Route 635), 0.2 miles,
- Destination will be on the right side of the road.
From Interstate 81 – Christiansburg:
- Take Exit 114 and make a left onto VA-8 South (Riner Road, name changes to Webbs Mill Rd in Floyd County), for 28 miles,
- At the only stoplight in downtown Floyd, turn left on US-221/E. Main Street,
- Turn right on Barberry Rd SE (State Route 615), for 2.3 miles,
- Turn left on New Haven Rd SE (State Route 637), for 1.5 miles,
- Turn right on Shooting Creek Rd SE (State Route 860), for 1.6 miles, (you will cross the Blue Ridge Parkway),
- Turn right on Haycock Rd SE (State Route 635), for 0.2 miles,
- Destination will be on the right side of the road.
From the Blue Ridge Parkway:
- From the South, make a right on Shooting Creek Rd (State Route 860), for approximately 1.5 miles,
- Make a right onto Haycock Rd SE (State Route 635), for 0.2 miles,
- Destination will be on the right side of the road.
- From the North, make a left onto Shooting Creek Rd (State Route 860), for approximately 1.5 miles,
