LCF Group: “Developing Dreams” on Rural Land Since 1968

We develop tracts of rural land to increase value and fulfill a vision. The work we do complements the natural surroundings and uses local resources. Properties are often marketed for building or placing homes, home or farmsteading, or for hobby or investment. We strive to make the land readily usable so our clients can get started toward their goals right away.

The LCF Group is a family-run business that owns the properties we sell. We ask for a small down payment compared to what a traditional bank would require. We fit terms reasonably to the client’s needs. Often, loans are approved the same day. Owner financing is another way we can help achieve dreams.

For this project in Floyd County, we cleaned up land area, repurposed rundown buildings,  brought in underground power, drilled a well and installed septic, and improved access, among other improvements. Check out the progression of some of the work to date.
