LCF Group: Developing Property since 1968

We develop tracts of rural land to increase the value of the property. Our development strengthens the natural surroundings. For a recent project in Floyd County, we brought in underground power, drilled a well, and installed a driveway among other improvements. We are preparing the property for two or more long term tiny home or RV sites that will be marketed in the coming months. Check out the progression of some of the work to date.
