You will stay comfortable no matter the weather with the mini split heating and air conditioner. The auxiliary propane heat will keep you warm even during a power outage.

The renter is responsible for keeping the area clean and organized. If extra storage space is needed, we offer storage for an additional charge.

Rent is $995 plus $75 mowing and maintenance per month. This includes water, septic, and wi-fi. Power is metered and the renter is responsible to pay for their usage.
